We have a 3 days return policy from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from www.Thetaffyco.com The items must be in perfect condition.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

To start a return, you can contact us at thetaffyco@gmail.com and information of your order and we will start the process of an exchange/ refund immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
